Influenced thru the strength and flow of Vinyasa Power Yoga my teaching style is a mix of powerful asanas, breathing techniques and relaxing poses, which originate from Yin and Restorative Yoga. My clients are owners of an open mind and a lot of positive vibes. As a result our time together is full of humor, a lot of sweaty asana practice and sometimes mindboggling new ways of thinking. Be ready for that.

Personal Training

Individual coaching that includes nutrition plans and workout schedules, depending on your goals and your lifestyle. Weightlifting as well as functional training and yoga elements are my prefered way to help you reach your goals.

Nutrition coaching

You are a vegetarian, a vegan, allergic to some food groups or eating paleo? Together we will optimize your nutritional intake. I want you to find a fullfilled and satisfied way of eating without too many restrictions. In my opinion the only way to stick to a healthy way of eating longterm.
